Executive Vice President Samantha Kleier Forbes graduated with honors from The Horace Mann School and University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated cum laude with a BA in English. She remains active at both schools – at Horace Mann she serves on the Alumni Council Board, and as a Class Agent and at Penn she’s a member of the Ben Franklin Society, The Ivy Stone Society, the Professional Women’s Alliance, the Kelly Writer’s House and a Penn Alumni Interview Ambassador.
Samantha started her career at the entertainment public relations firm Susan Blond Inc, where she became the youngest Vice President in the company’s history, working with luxury and celebrity clients including Reebok Sports Club/NY, Britney Spears, and Luther Vandross.
She joined Kleier Residential in 2004 and went on to star along with her family in HGTV’s hit series “Selling New York” which aired from 2010- 2015 and is currently streaming on multiple platforms. She also co-authored a book “Hot Property” for Harper Collins (2011) along with her mother Michele and sister Sabrina.
A native New Yorker, Samantha’s real estate clients come predominantly through referrals and friends, many of whom she has known since nursery school. She has brokered deals throughout Manhattan in Cooperatives, Condominiums and Townhouses and is a member of REBNY. Samantha got her start in real estate at age 2, being carried around to appointments by her mother, Michele, who taught her the word Coop along with the ABCs. Her family motto is “There is no place like home.”
Samantha was born and raised on the Upper East Side in Carnegie Hill, where she still resides with her husband JP and their two children Chase and Caroline, who attend Horace Mann.
