Since joining Kleier Residential he has participated on a team with sales and leases volume of over $400,000,000 worth of Real Estate. Emilio is also the youngest Associate Broker at the firm and serves as the broker specialist for 1049 Park Avenue, 715 Park Avenue, 205 East 63rd Street, 103 East 75th Street, 176 East 77th Street, 45 East 80th Street, 444 East 84th Street and 720-730 Fort Washington Avenue.
He is also the exclusive Director of Leasing for a 250 unit rental portfolio that includes buildings in Midtown, West Chelsea, East Village, Lower East Side and Park Slope (Brooklyn).
A native New Yorker, Emilio Mora, has been in Real Estate since his undergraduate years at Fordham University, where he received a B.A. in Political Science. Before starting his career in Real Estate, Emilio was a passionate tennis player, rising to become the under 18 USTA Eastern Section Singles Champion and was Nationally ranked in the top 50. He later accepted a scholarship to play on the University of San Diego tennis team, winning the NCAA D1 West Coast Conference Championship title and holding a national rank of #16.
Emilio currently resides in a Carnegie Hill Prewar Cooperative with his wife and daughter and serves on the board of directors of his building.
