A life-long New Yorker, Tara attended Riverdale Country School, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, and earned her law degree from New York University School of Law. Tara began her career as a corporate attorney at McDermott, Will & Emery. Thereafter, she joined Bloomberg L.P. to launch its legal research product and quickly became a lead manager of the group.
Tara’s transactional and editorial experience speaks to her attention to detail as well as her ability to understand the nuances of a deal and negotiate accordingly. She is extremely determined and focused, and pours tremendous energy and enthusiasm into each and every client.
Transitioning from the legal world into real estate has been seamless, as Tara knows the importance of being a trusted advisor who guides her clients with the utmost professionalism and deal-making acumen.
Tara attributes her interest in real estate to her grandfather and great-grandmother who were prominent real estate professionals in the Bronx, and pillars of the community.
A former competitive figure skater, Tara loves being active. She is co-head of the Riverdale Lower School Parents’ Association and a long-standing member of its alumni committee. Tara has lived and worked throughout Manhattan and currently resides on the Upper East Side with her husband and children.
