Emilio is a graduate of New York’s Fordham University Class of 2014 where he earned a BA degree in Political Science and played on the D1 tennis team reaching an extraordinary ranking of top 6 in the Eastern region. He was originally recruited by the University of San Diego and helped the tennis team clinch the D1 NCAA West Coast conference championship title and rise to a national rank of top 16. While in high school Emilio was USTA Eastern Section Singles Champion and held an overall national ranking inside the top 50.
During his undergraduate studies at Fordham Emilio interned at the boutique Real Estate brokerage firm, Kleier Residential. After being mentored by the president and vice presidents of the firm, Emilio became a sales associate during his senior year. Since then he has become an integral part of the Kleier Team and has participated in the sale, marketing and leasing of over $150,000,000 worth of Real Estate. He also serves as the building broker specialist for 1049 Park Avenue, 61 East 86th, 230 East 73rd, 34 Gramercy Park East, 79 Worth, 80 Leonard, 444 East 84th and 720-730 Fort Washington Avenue.
A native New Yorker, born on the Upper East Side, Emilio feels extremely privileged to be from the big apple and frequents its museums, botanical gardens, top-notch restaurants, Broadway shows, Yankee games, and various iconic neighborhoods. He considers the US Open in Flushing Meadows to be the greatest tennis tournament in history and is so proud that his grandmother was one of the original Radio City Rockettes.
Because of his strong negotiating skills and market knowledge, Emilio understands how to connect buyers and sellers in all types of market conditions. His expertise in new construction projects, cooperative boards’ expectations and buyers needs have facilitated his success at Kleier Residential. Fluent in Spanish, Emilio welcomes international clients with the hopes of assisting them to relocate to New York.
